Problems in the operation and maintenance of lithium battery charger
Problems in the operation and maintenance of li ion battery charger:
(1) The charger module of li ion battery charger can work independently from the monitoring module, but the operating parameters in the internal setting are different from the operating parameters of the monitoring module. After the failure of the monitoring module, some substations do not check and set the operating parameters of the charging module and put into operation directly, resulting in valve control. Sealed lead-acid battery is overcharged or under charged.
(2) The parameters in the monitoring module of the lithium battery charger are lost or changed automatically during the operation. The operation and maintenance person have not been found in time, resulting in the abnormal operation of the DC system.
(3) The voltage or current meter of the li ion battery charger is not checked regularly, and the difference between the indicator value and the actual value is too big, which causes the overcharge or under charge of the valve controlled sealed lead-acid battery.
(4) An advanced low dropout autonomous current sharing technology is adopted for the current sharing between charging modules. However, some traditional power supply has poor current sharing characteristics in light load, and the steady current accuracy is not ideal at low current.
(5) Some charging power modules are put into operation in light load, and all modules are put into operation when loaded. The problem is that the battery of the DC system is most of the state of floating charge. The rectifier module is in the light load, the circuit breaker closing or the motor starting, and the current limiting protection device of the charging device limits the output current of the charging module to the rated range, so the power supply of this kind of charging power is working. The rate is low, the standby module plays a poor role, and some can not even play a role.
(6) The DC system in some substations is still using the phase controlled li ion battery charger with high ripple coefficient and constant voltage limiting characteristics as the charging equipment of the valve controlled sealed lead-acid battery group, which causes the overcharge, under charge, overvoltage, excessive current and high temperature of the battery, and greatly shortens the service life of lithium battery.
