Two tips for charging lithium battery:  

Ⅰ. In the process of operation, the discharge rate of each single cell is checked by a high rate discharge meter, if the voltage of each li ion battery deffers more than 0.1V,  it can not be recharged. This indicates that some lithium batteries are defective. They must be sent to the inspection and repair first.

Ⅱ. At the end of the charging stage, hydrogen is released from the lithium battery, so the ventilation for the charging place should be  good.  It is also not allowed to close the lithium battery to avoid accidents.
